Tonya Alston founder and CEO of ACM- Advisors LLC (ACMA) brings more than twenty years of executive experience engaging industry leaders in the development and growth of their businesses through business process improvement functions that have resulted in an increased industry foot-print and revenue for multiple large and small businesses.
Additionally, Tonya is the Chief Operating Officer for FUSION a product and manufacturing company, based in Miami Florida. Tonya functions as an Advisor to Avram Corporation which is an International Public Health company doing business on 5 continents and in over 40 countries. Furthermore, she advises Delta Decisions of DC an Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business who has a federal footprint at both the Department of State and Homeland Security.
Previously, Tonya was the Program Manager for the Department of Justice (DOJ) Civil Rights Division responsible for the management and budgeting of all case activity; from the opening of new investigations to the hiring of expert witnesses for litigation. Her service at DOJ was instrumental in bringing major investigations to litigation and resolution.
Prior to the Department of Justice, Tonya was the Program Reviewer for 26 regional offices throughout the United States for a $1.3Billion implementation program with the Federal Aviation Administration. This support ensured the safety and security of the air traffic
controllers in TRACONs all over the United States.
Earlier in her career, Tonya was responsible for the growth of a major retail start-up where she was the Operations Manager responsible for the opening of three additional stores to
include the companies first outlet store.
Tonya has also been recognized for her philanthropy with the support of children in orphanages, domestic violence survivors and transitioning homeless women back into the
Tonya, holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maryland, with an International Certificate in Business from the University of Antwerp in Belgium, and a Bachelors in Political Science with a concentration in Public Administration.
