Jillene A. Doolkadir, Esq. is the founder and President of Doolkadir Law, P.A. She is a Florida licensed attorney. She received her Juris Doctorate and Certificate in International Legal Practice Concentration from Nova Southeastern University in 2011. Prior to starting her practice Jillene secured and completed a highly coveted mini pupillage at the prestigious Barristers’ Chambers, QEB Hollis Whiteman in London, United Kingdom. Jillene then went on to complete her legal studies and clerkship at the firm of Marriot Harrison, one of London’s premiere Media, Technology and Intellectual Property firms.
She completed her clerkship under the supervision of Partner Duncan Innes and assisted in a variety of transactional media and entertainment matters. She then turned her focus on corporate in-house matters and became the General Counsel of a multi-million dollar Florida pharmaceutical consulting company where she handled sophisticated corporate transactional matters for 13 affiliated companies. She currently represents small emerging businesses, mid-sized and large multi-national companies with their corporate matters, risk and compliance.
She currently serves on the Florida Bar’s Standing Committee for Diversity and Inclusion and is also an alumnus of the Florida Bar’s Wm. Reece Smith, Jr. Leadership Academy. Jillene is also the founder of Groh Solutions, a medicinal marijuana consulting company and co-founder of Werk It Moms, a business consulting company for mom-entrepreneurs.
